The table below explains how long we store your data for.

| Identity | Name, date of birth (if you add or verify a user in an organisation) | Until the user you added/verified leaves the organisation. |
| Contact | Email address | Until you close your account, or for 30 days after your account is activated, whichever is longer. |
| Contact | Email address of your parent/guardian (if you are under the age of 13) | Until your parent/guardian accepts/rejects our Privacy and Terms, or for 30 days, whichever is longer. |
| Contact | Mobile telephone number (if you use Multi Factor Authentication) | Until you stop using Multi Factor Authentication, or close your account, whichever is sooner. |

| Device | Type of mobile device, unique device identifier, mobile operating system, type of mobile browser. | Until you close your account. |
* If an organisation needs to store messages for a longer or shorter period than 365 days, it will inform you of this in its Privacy and Rules statement. This is displayed to you when you join your organisation’s community, and can be viewed at any time by tapping the Information icon in your app.
